Custom Illustrated Pet Coasters

TURNAROUND TIME 

Please note that the turnaround time to receive a digital proof can take 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year. Printing and shipping will take an additional week (this only applies if you order an art print).

RETURN POLICY

Given the detailed nature of my portraits, each commission takes me several hours to complete. Because of this, I unfortunately cannot accept returns for custom portraits unless they become damaged during shipping. However, I’m happy to work with you until you’re satisfied with the final product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

These porous ceramic stone coasters absorb moisture effectively, managing condensation and protecting surfaces. However, they can stain, so use with care. If a dark liquid spills, rinse immediately under running water.

To remove stains, soak in hydrogen peroxide for an hour, rinse thoroughly, and air dry cork-side up for 24 hours. Avoid stacking while damp to prevent discoloration. If the cork loosens after soaking, press it back into place. Hand wash only—no dishwasher use.
